• Advising Council (Be prepared as at times council can have a delay in updating your details)
• Advising the water supplier
• Advising Dept of Land
• Advising strata (if applicable)
• If currently has tenant we will advise the managing agent

Before settlement you will need to organise:

• Removalists/People who can help on that day:

• Contents Insurance (if strata or retirement lease)
• Home and contents insurance (if a house)

• Electricity

• Gas/LPG bottles (if applicable)

• Phone/internet

Don’t forget to change your address if you are moving
